DESCRIPTION

A soft sourdough cookie puck layered with real strawberry jam a rich, buttery toast note. Preserves like this were a cornerstone of earlier home kitchens, often made in large batches and kept on hand for simple, meaningful treats. It was my grams' favourite breakfast and quickly became my own.
